Vietnamese American rising star, damnboy!, has captured attention with his unique genre-blending style and undeniable talent as an independent artist. Climbing the Billboard Hot 100 and topping charts in hawaii and the South Pacific, his debut single, “How High?” has achieved remarkable success.

Growing up in Hawaii’s vibrant music scene, damnboy! honed his craft through a diverse array of performances, skillfully navigating the competitive industry. Pushing boundaries and refusing to be confined by convention, he’s been successfully forging his own path in the music scene. He infuses his Vietnamese American heritage into his artistry, creating a unique niche by exploring complexities of his identity and evolving landscape of his creative expression.

As a multi-talented artist, damnboy!’s hard work and talent paid off with his first single, “How High?”, debuting at #96 on the Billboard Hot 100 and becoming the #1 single in Hawaii and the South Pacific from summer 2018 to Summer 2019.

He has performed at notable venues and festivals, including Lost In Dreams Vegas, Majah Rajah Hawaii, The Republik Hawaii, Palladium LA, The Roxy LA and The Crocodile Seattle. He also has opening for major acts such as MAX, blackbear, BRB., and Jimmy Brown under his belt. 

Although he has attracted interest from labels like Warner Bros, Capitol Records, Elektra and Slow Play, damnboy! currently remains independent. He released his debut full length album, “nvr ending UNKNOWN” on May 9th.
