Culture Wars brought incredible energy to Denver’s Bluebird Theater on September 30th. From the moment they hit the stage, the room was filled with guitars, vocals, and a crowd that was completely entranced in the music.
Culture Wars had a strong presence throughout the night, delivering each song with intensity and emotions. Songs like “Don’t Speak”, “Typical Ways”, and “Bittersweet” really stood out live, taking on a different energy with the crowd singing along and the bands interactment.
What was the most enjoyable was how personal the show felt. With an almost sold-out show, The Bluebirds intimate setting made it easy to get caught up in the music and feel connected to the band as well as the crowd around you. There was a constant energy between the stage and the audience that made the entire night feel alive.
The set moved between heavier, louder moments, and songs that gave everyone a chance to take a step back and listen to the lyrics. I walked out of the Bluebird feeling like I had experienced more than just a concert.
Culture Wars put on a passionate, energetic show that reminded me why seeing a band live can be so much different than listening to their music on your phone. It was an amazing night for alternative rock in Denver.
