Arisa is a rising artist quickly making a name for herself in the vibrant Los Angeles music scene. Although she hasn’t released any of her own tracks yet, she’s spent the past year immersing herself in the underground music community, building a following through her energetic sets. Her journey into DJing is deeply influenced by her roots as a passionate music fan. “I started as a spectator, and that really influenced how I approach DJing,” she explains, emphasizing the importance of understanding the crowd from the inside out and how coming as a spectator enhances her understanding more.

Arisa’s musical style leans heavily towards progressive and melodic sounds, where the flow of the music creates a trance-like experience. “I love getting lost in the music, and I simply want my audience to feel that too,” she shares. Her sets are a journey, carefully crafted to keep the energy flowing without interruption, allowing listeners to fully immerse themselves in the moment of bliss she aims to create.

Looking ahead, Arisa dreams of performing at Lightning in a Bottle, a festival she holds close to her heart. Yet, despite her big dreams, she prefers the intimacy of smaller venues. “I’m a club rat,” she laughs, revealing her love for the close-knit, personal vibe of the club scene. Her journey is a testament to following one’s passions, and when asked what she has to share to others she decided to encourage others to do the same. “When you have the opportunity to do what your heart wants, just go for it,” she advises, hoping to inspire others to pursue what truly makes them happy regardless if you have a 9-5.
