The Ghost Inside made their comeback to the Worcester Palladium, a hometown venue for bassist Jim Riley, on May 3, 2024. They shared the stage with Massachusetts hardcore natives Great American Ghost, Scotland’s Bleed From Within, and Swiss deathcore band Paleface Swiss.
Great American Ghost kicked off the night with a ferocious set delivering their signature blend of hardcore and metal with raw emotion and unbridled aggression. Bleed From Within followed suit crushing riffs and guttural vocals. With no slowing down in sight, Paleface Swiss tore up the stage, delivering a performance with their signature riffs and unusual blasting drums, leaving the audience in a state of awe.
As anticipation peaked, The Ghost Inside took the stage to a deafening roar from the crowd. From the opening notes of, “Engine 45,” to the closing anthem, “Aftermath,” the band delivered an awe-inspiring performance filled with heart, energy and gratitude. But it wasn’t just about the music for them; it was about the message of resilience and unity that extended throughout every moment. Through their lyrics and performance, The Ghost Inside reminded everyone that no matter what challenges they face they can overcome them together.
Overall, The Ghost Inside’s performance at the Worcester Palladium was more than just a concert; it was a celebration of life, perseverance and the unbreakable bonds forged through music.
