On August 20th, 2024 The Struts brought their high-energy rock show to Denver, Colorado, with a performance that electrified the crowd at Mission Ballroom. Barns Courtney’s opening set was a fiery showcase of raw energy, leaving a lasting impression on his audience. Their magnetic stage presence and knack for blending gritty rock with soulful melodies immediately drew the crowd to their performance. Fans sang along to hits like “Glitter & Gold” “Fire,” and “National Treasure” as their powerful vocals and energetic guitar riffs created an electrifying atmosphere. Courtney’s set peaked when he jumped into the crowd and crowd surfed around while fans rocked out to his song “Kicks”. When they left the stage, the anticipation in the air was electric, with the crowd buzzing in eager excitement for The Struts to come out and ignite the night.
As The Struts took the stage, The band known for their striking style and powerful stage presence, delivered a setlist brimming with their greatest hits and fan favorites. From the moment lead singer Luke Spiller took the stage, the audience was captivated by his performance and the band’s dynamic sound. The venue, packed with enthusiastic fans, reverberated with the infectious energy of tracks like “Could Have Been Me”, “Body Talks,” and “Pretty Vicious” creating an atmosphere of pure rock ‘n’ roll excitement. During the set, Luke shared memorable moments with fans, he even got the chance to join the crowd on the floor for a contest of which side could shout the loudest as well as a wonderful acoustic set of “Mary Go Round” and a tribute song to his late grandfather with shining lights from everyone’s phones around the venue. As the night drew to a close, Luke Spiller took a moment to express his heartfelt gratitude, deeply appreciating every single person who had come out to the show. His genuine thanks resonated with the audience, making the evening not just a concert but a shared, unforgettable experience.
