Brooklyn-based alt-pop singer-songwriter and producer Sabrina Song is proud to announce the release of her existential and expansive debut full-length album, You Could Stay In One Spot, and I’d Love You The Same. Accompanying this album is the soothing and restorative track “Before And After.”
You Could Stay In One Spot, and I’d Love You The Same marks Sabrina Song’s first official full-length project. Supported by the NY Foundation for the Arts (NYFA)’s prestigious NYC Women’s Fund grant, the LP explores themes of existentialism, navigating young womanhood, gratitude, and the intensity of love. The album, which consists of ten thoughtfully composed tracks, showcases Sabrina’s journey through significant life changes, from post-graduate experiences to evolving relationships.
Having written and self-produced all her work until now, Sabrina collaborated with Torna (Daisy The Great, Del Water Gap) to co-produce and engineer this guitar-driven album, blending more live instruments than ever before.
To celebrate this milestone, Sabrina Song will be performing live at Union Pool in Brooklyn, NY, on June 15. The event will feature Buffchick and a DJ set by Sofia D’Angelo of MICHELLE.1
