On November 25, 2024 Boston’s iconic Paradise Rock Club exploded with melodies of pop punk when Real Friends took the stage. They delivered a show that felt intimate yet explosive, blending nostalgia with a sense of renewal.

Real Friends has always been a band that understands the importance of connecting with their fans and this night was no exception. You can feel the genuinity and passion when they’re on stage. Members Cody and Kyle were both open and candid during the night expressing their gratitude for the continued support and reflecting on how much the band has grown together. The intimacy of Paradise Rock Club, with its cozy yet energetic vibe, made the night feel like an extended family reunion of sorts – an atmosphere where the entire audience could feel the weight of the songs and still celebrate the joy of being a part of something larger.

Real Friends put on a performance perfectly showcasing what a night of pop-punk should be – emotionally raw, high energy and deeply resonant. The band’s ability to weave heartfelt lyrics with powerful and punchy instrumentals made for an unforgettable night. They’ve evolved as a band over the years but their essence – their ability to channel the pain, joy and growth that comes with being young and uncertain – has remained unwavering. If you have attended any of their shows you knew you were part of something special and if you haven’t you shouldn’t hesitate to seek out an opportunity to do so!
