On February 28, 2025 Boston was treated to a night of dark, ethereal music when Australian metalcore band, Make Them Suffer, brought their North American Tour to a sold out Paradise Rock Club. The lineup also included Aviana, Windwaker and Like Moths to Flames – who made a joke about being the only American band on the tour.

Make Them Suffer wasted no time getting into action opening with, “Epitaph,” one of their latest singles released last year, that perfectly encapsulates their atmospheric sound. Their energy from the very first moment to the very last never wavered, in fact it only got greater as the set continued. The band was tight, delivering bone-crushing riffs, relentless rhythm and impressive vocals. 

Everything from their stage presence to their lightning was on point. The stark contrast between the brighter moments and darker, more atmospheric sections created an immersive experience for everyone in the audience. If you’re a fan of melodic, symphonic metalcore or just enjoy high energy and immersive live shows then Make Them Suffer’s North American Tour is a must see.
