Lyn Lapid gave January a beautiful sendoff with her sold out show at Brighton Music Hall in Boston, Massachusetts.
Ashley Mehta kicked the night off with a high energy set. She was outstanding with her crowd engagement and getting everyone in the venue hyped for what was to come. Her unique sound of R&B blended with pop and electronic music was the perfect soundtrack to begin the night.
When Lyn took the stage her presence was nothing short of ethereal. It was easy to see how much Lyn and her band were enjoying themselves throughout their entire 20 song set which included almost every title from her latest release, to love in the 21st century: the epilogue. Not only was this the biggest show of the tour, according to Lyn, but it was also a hometown show for her drummer, Tyler. The celebration didn’t stop there, however, as it was her bassist Kayla’s birthday and Lyn had the entire venue sing to her. Lyn and her band brought a warmness to a chilly Boston evening and it will without a doubt be one to remember.
