As the sun sets in the Los Angeles sky, Weeekly enters the stage to an adoring crowd. In their “Grand America Tour,” Weeekly ends their tour in L.A. Their fans (named “Daileee”) have long awaited their appearance.

Weeekly is known for their fresh and cute concepts. Their music is often fun and energetic, as it is in their latest EP, Bliss. They debuted in 2020 with the single “Tag Me (@Me)” and astonished the world with their sound. For the next four years, Weeekly has continued strong with their theme. With title tracks such as “Holiday Party” and “After School.” Few groups who debut stay true to one concept for the majority of their career. Since Weeekly has remained consistent, they have built up a community of loyal listeners. Many of which were at their Los Angeles show at the Teragram Ballroom.

The lights dimmed and Weeekly stood proudly on the stage to their waiting fans. Wearing graduation robes, they strutted towards the edge of the stage and performed “Good Day (Special Daileee).” The crowd cheered and danced along with the members. From there, they greeted their fans with excitement. They went on to perform a medley of “Tag Me (@Me),” “Zig Zag,” and “Holiday Party.” The medley was a wonderful blend of the three songs, rallying up the crowd and preparing them for a wonderful night of fun.

Throughout the rest of the show, Weeekly had pre-filmed some videos to keep Daileee’s energy  up. The videos were a live news broadcast concept, where members of Weeekly would interview each other and tease upcoming songs they would perform. Other videos that played intermittently between songs were documentary-style. Each member would express their gratitude for their career and the fans’ support for the last four years.

Weeekly kept the energy up with Daileee by performing songs off Bliss. “LIGHTS ON” was a crowd favorite in L.A., bringing out Daileee’s terrific dance moves. Towards the end of the night, each member was able to interact with the fans while performing their encore, “Page (A Story That Reached Me).” The members received slogans and flags with their photos printed on them from the fans. The girls could also reach out and take the phones of the fans to give them a digital memory to accompany the experience. Weeekly did not want to leave the stage, but they lovingly waved goodbye to their Daileee and ended the night.

As Weeekly left the stage, there is no doubt that Daileee will always be there to support them. A week is empty without the days to occupy them. Weeekly will return stronger than ever, and their Daileee will be there to cheer them on.
